[Discussion] My app keeps updating HELP! PleaseI think it's lost forever

I have tried deleting the app no, I've tried emailing igg they never responded, my castle clash updated and hasn't stopped its always gray been that way for 3 weeks I'll try anything else anyone has

Clear your storage capacity on the device, clear the caches and check the app status.  If need be uninstall & reinstall.

Worst case scenario:  factory resetting your phone is also a great way to fix problems.  Just be sure to backup your phone first!

Are you using the latest iOS software and connected to wifi?

Also did you use the same back up from iCloud to restore CC?

Chill you can't lose your account on ios this way

1. If you don't have a Game Center account make one now, and link your games to it should be auto but make sure clash is in there
    If it's there it'll show you achievements etc for castle clash
2. A factory reset is not a regular reset, it's a full phone wipe (you should not need do this)
3. Just go to apps storage in settings, and uninstall castle clash
4 reinstall it thru App Store after you shut down your iPad and restart,
5 start your new castle clash app after you log into Game Center
6 it will link to your account
