I have been asking a refund from IGG, because of an error that is in the game, about 3 to 4 weeks ago.
This issue is still a bug, that they have to solve ASAP imo.
Its about showing your hero’s to friends and in guild chat.
They have different outcomes of stats.
I have showed a hero to a friend and I couldn’t see any change in stats after rolling traits for gems.
So I kept on rolling.
That cost me over 20k gems.
I asked for a refund from IGG, I think that’s more then reasonable.
Now they say, there are no abnormalities found on our end.
You guys can all see that for yourself, there is!
They are holding on to their statement, that there is nothing off on their end.
I wanted to share this with you guys, how they treat p2p and even if you are a f2p, that would be even more harsh.
