On the 23th of august there was the event called house of mystery.
On that event you could get, when the side bar reached 100%, the new epic hero “mad inventor”.
I took screenshots and told igg live support, at 10 minutes before the end of the event, that the side bar was still on 99%.
After 10 minutes the server was reset, and the event never came to 100%, the other side bar rewards I got.
IGG is telling me now that there were no abnormalities or irregularities that they could see.
How is that even possible!?
Im telling them now, that no one could get 100% and no one could get the epic mad inventor!
Is this event a scam/hoax?
Why would anyone go for that event, if it never gets to 100% and you can look at the reward, but you can never claim it!?

I'm sure many appreciate your sharing your experience, but some were able to 100% and claim the hero. I don't know exactly what occurred in your case, but the reality is that only IGG / Live Support change the outcome. In short whether we believe you or not we can't do anything.

I know for a fact that with talking to many players, they didn’t get 100% either. The event is a server-wide component, so if many didn’t get it, no one could get it, because there was too less of exploring/buying. How can you say that some did get it, when if it never reached 100% no one could?

First I am not P2P so I don't delve into the mechanics of the P2P events, however I based my assumption on the fact that know that if everyone had the same issue the forum would have far more post(s) then yours.

I don’t believe the forum is as active as should be, with issues I don’t think some knew about this issue, and was busy with other things to gain from other event. First of all, in the first comment you gave, that wasn’t an assumption. How could you give reply, if you don’t know how the event works and that some did get their reward? When it doesn’t get to 100%, no one could get the reward! It would be great, if you write a reply here, with you talking to live support, before you jump in to assumptions/conclusions

This "iOS" is not very active at all but Android forum does receive complaints about everything from F2P to P2P and not one member has posted about this issue other than you. Now I will concede again in regards to not knowing how the event runs, but again if you are the only one complaining I have to wonder why? Maybe you might need to speak with Live Support, because if an event is based on 100% to obtain desired rewards in a global vehicle, more then one person would have complained immediately upon release.
