Got these 3 extra cosmos but when I try to use them to upgrade it says I don’t have any

If the Cosmos are in the hero altar, you should looking beneath them and see where they are attached and remove them, i.e. garrison, totem, team and Epic hero assists.  If they are in the warehouse then you need to use the link ingame for Live Support to audit the account and correct the issue.

Cheers did that they say it’s because they are not hero cards ... ?? Not sure what that is ... clearly I cannot use them to upgrade so will jus use them to boost.
