Hi Guys and Girls welcome to a special instalment of Hero Focus!!!
This series is designed to offer a baseline for popular Hero builds and to help players decide on where to put Talents, Crests/Insignias, Traits and all the goodies to get their Hero to a level where they will do some good.
Each 2 weeks a new Hero will be selected by The Hero Focus Team to focus on and provide a suggestion as to what to do with them.
This is not an end game or definite top suggestion, merely a starting point.
This is an open discussion where players can add their builds and discuss how they use their Hero also so feel free to post and comment below.

Beast Tamer (Archdemon)
Part 1: Importance of Use
Phantom King is an important Hero for the Archdemon if you don't have a Lavanica or Demogorgon available to use.
Because of his high Attack Speed, Range and fast Energy Recovery, with the right Build he can add a tonne of damage to your fight.
As he is also available to purchase with Hero Shards, almost every player should by now have one available to use. His skill is also optimal, especially against the Archdemons who are vulnerable against Scatter, as his Proc will decrease the Archdemons energy also.
Part 2: Talent
Today we are going to offer 2 different builds, depending on the Archdemon you are facing.
Most people should now have Phantom Kings Skin unlocked and a secondary Talent spot open. If not, as he is Shardable we recommend building a secondary Phantom King for the second variant of the Archdemon.
Scatter: At 8/8, Scatter will reduce the Archdemons Energy by 80 with each hit.
Scatter is only recommended if the Archdemon you are facing does not have "Immune to Scatter" written in its description.
For the variant that is not immune to Scatter, Phantom King will hit fast at the start of the fight to start draining the Archdemon's Energy before the other Heroes come into play.
Slow Down: At 8/8, Slowdown has a 40% chance to reduce the Archdemons move speed by 70% for 5 seconds.
As Phantom King has a fast Attack Speed, Ranged Attack and fast Energy Recovery, he is the ideal Hero (if you do not have a strong tank) to drop first and start the Slowing Down to begin.
Remember, if the Archdemon is slowed down to the point he can not move, he can not attack you as he is a Melee ranged Enemy.
Part 3: Crest/Insignia
Sharpen: At Level 5, Sharpen will increase the Critical Rate by 12% and raise the Accuracy by 11%
This will help towards dealing as much damage as possible by raising the Critical Rate.
Slowdown: At level 5, Slowdown has a 25% chance to slow the Archdemons move speed by 70% for 5 seconds.
The Insignia/Crest choice is determined by the main Talent.
If the main Talent is Scatter then we suggest either Slowdown or even Heavy Blow as a Crest/Insignia, only for the extra hit they give out when activating.
If the main Talent is Slowdown then we recommend Sharpen as the Crest/Insignia for the extra Critical Rate buff.
Part 4: Traits
As with Beast Tamer and Siren, we have chosen Critical Chance as the preferred Traits for using against the Archdemon.
A Critical Hit is worth more than a standard hit and the more damage you can do on the Archdemon, the higher the rewards will be for you.
If you are strictly Free-to-Play player, Attack Traits can also be ok but Critical Chance is optimal.
Each Level 5 CRIT will add +90 to your Critical Chance.
Part 5: Enchantment
As with Beast Tamer and Siren we have decided to recommend a Summon Enchantment.
The only reason for this is it's an extra attacker so Phantom King will will now have 2x the hits being inflicted on the Archdemon if you take into account himself and the Summon Enchantment.
There is 2 summon Enchantments that are optimal, these are;
Pyremage: Will be summoned for 15 seconds when Phantom King attacks and dies when/if the Hero is killed. She has a cooldown of 16 seconds
She also summons a Comet which deals 580% Pyremage Attack Damage at level 5 to the Archdemon with a 6 second Cooldown.
Blade Knight: Will be summoned for 15 seconds when Phantom King attacks and dies when/if the Hero is killed. She has a cooldown of 16 seconds.
She also deals 480% Blade Knight Attack Damage at level 5 to the Archdemon with a 6 second cooldown.
Divine Templar is not optimal as she is not summoned unless the Hero is attacked, if you managed to get the Slow Down method to work then the Archdemon will not be attacking anyone and Divine Templar will not come into play.
Part 6: Conclusion
Although there may be many other Heroes better suited for Archdemon, not every player has access or will have these Heroes at their disposal and this Episode is designed to help the every day player to gain better scores for better rewards in Archdemon.
As such a Hero like Phantom King can add more DPS and assist in the overall goal of "Perma Slowing" the Archdemon with his fast Attack Speed, Fast Energy Recovery and Ranged Attacks.
