I am having trouble playing the game last night it said it was under maintenance I get it that’s ok but when opened it today it wanted me to update it first and when I went to do it it didn’t give me the option to update..what do I do? I really want to play it

The same thing happened to me. My son then deleted my phone and now I no longer can get into my account and for over 2 weeks I’ve been dealing with the biggest morons in customer service history!! This don’t believe Apple documents and keep asking for the same thing over and over. I’m really surprised these idiots don’t want your DNA. They believe this game is more important than a bank account. I got back into it in 1 min, these guys still not and going over 2 weeks. They’re fraudulent so don’t buy anything from these guys!!!
