In the shop/bazaar it says the prize is 9.99 USD When converted to pound sterling it stays at £9.99 when it should go down to £7.83

~This does not qualify as a "Bug".
~As previously stated by ElonMusk, prices are based on your currency conversion as well as the method / payment systems being used. In some cases there is an additional fee charged by the servicing agent.
It’s a pure technical design. IGG doesn’t use the location data to adjust the currency display in their shop, but as you log in via Apple, you’re bound to the Apple pricing which is localized and adjusted to your currency. Why there is a clear higher price in your currency via Apple, I don’t know, I only know that my Android accounts on the same level are about 25% cheaper then my Apple account, as Google uses a current exchange rate without extra charges for local currency. Hope this helps understanding a bit better.
