Any suggestion for me to retrieve my old account (bind with email). My device/platform at this moment is IOS but my old account was created using my Android device.
Really hoping to retrieve it because already in a quite high level with various heroes & pets.

The only way to retrieve the account is with the usage of an Android device or iOS based Android Emulator. After selecting one, download the app and log in as usual.
