Is there currently a log in issue. Every time I restart the app. I get a message of purchase failed. I click ok an then I get a message of connection failure. I've rebooted my device. Tried a couple different wifi connections as well as using cellular data.
I've had a similar issue happen to me awhile back. I ended up having to re-install the application.
If you have already tried that, you can always try the final method: factory reset your phone.
Don't forget to back up your phone first!
