[Bug & Suggestion] Cannot update in any way

iTunes page shows Open, not Update, and my Updates folder doesn't have CC there, it's empty.
This problem is happening to other people, support cannot fix it, so I will have to reinstall the game and lose all my setups for lost battlefield, infernal summit, lava, etc, at SEVERAL accounts because you don't save that on server. 


My own support advice for you: update your iOS device for latest version (because this is caused by your phone), try to see if update appears, if not reinstall the game and rebuild your teams.

I'm updating my iPhone's Software version to 11.1.2. If that works...maybe I will see the update for Castle Clash's version 1.8.7. I'll let you know if that works.

The iPhone update worked. Pass it on! A lot of people do not know about this and have been dealing with this headache since the Castle Clash update.

Update your iOS device to the most recent update if you have not already.

If that doesn't work, try restarting your phone.

One or the other has been effective in getting CC to run.
