[Bug & Suggestion] Cannot complete purchase contact i tunes support

I keep getting this error when purchasing gems, although I have a store credit of 156 dollars and can purchase on all other apps? I tunes support has been no help same with live chat from igg, wondering if anyone else had this problem or knows how to fix it

Based on the error message you have provided, I would assume that it is an iOS / ITunes issue.  However unless I am mistaken a "store credit" would be funds that can be used for purchases from iOS, and may not be used for In app purchases from IGG or any other company.  You would need to have a card attached to iTunes to be able to complete In app purchases.  I might be wrong in that assumption, but asking that question would be a good place to start.

Are you trying to make a purchase for a different device?

I don't know why this issue occurred for me, but awhile back, I could only make purchases from my primary device.  If I logged into my account on my iPad for instance, I could not make any purchases, and received an error.  I am not sure why.

I have a number of theories, but didn't care since I could simply make purchases from my primary device.

It resolved itself when I did new installs on my CC game.  You might want to try the same.
